Troodon will be a true night terror with the New NV 🎉 , the current NV makes Troodon so bright animals can spot Troodon trough grass/some foliage.

Troodon has other issues, NV is just the biggest one, the other issue is that the venom is very underwhelming and keeping chases as Troodon is very difficult since most things choose to run as soon as their venom reaches level 3
