Hello everyone! This is Julianne :) I just wanted to give a heartfelt thanks to all of you who have followed along on our 2024 Europe journey. This has been such a fun project to put together, and Aaron and I are excited to use what we've learned to release our US 2024 Christmas tour as the next "tour segment" on this channel. If you have enjoyed these vlogs and want to go a bit further, I will be releasing extended versions with full songs and more raw editing exclusively on Patreon. And some of you mentioned putting all of these together as one full video, and I'm excited to share that a full version of this tour will be released Nov 27th!

Julianne! Your voice gets better as time goes on. Just from glimpses of this. Even as a teenager (specifically the "on my mind" video is what im remembering, but many others prove it since that time) it was quite wonderful. Matt you're voice is also incredible. It goes without saying Katie's voice is amazing has always been the same, same with Ellen. I love your whole family you've brought me such great joy. Thank you all for doing what you do. What an exciting tour! You got to see so many new places, meet lots of amazing people, or at least people (the ones in your vlogs seemed amazing at least 🙂), even had time to sightsee. And I'm so grateful you have shared so much of it with us! Much appreciated, thank you. I love when a whole bunch of musicians who don't normally play together, and especially when they don't even know each other, get together to play! My goodness that sounded awesome! I've enjoyed all these vlogs but that scene alone makes this one my favorite. You've done it before but I don't recall this many people at once. Absolutely glorious! It was so cool seeing the old castle and the beautiful landscape. I think the highlight though is little Macy leading her first Conga line! Haha! That's so adorable! Nice to see she's already walking too, even if only with assistance. She'll be walking herself in no time, might already be since this vlog is actually from a few months ago. I'm not sure how old she is but my granddaughter, who will be 4 in January, started walking a little past a year old I think. I was there for her first solo steps but I've been there for so many firsts I don't remember all the dates and exact ages, plus my memory isn't great to begin with. I highly advise you enjoy every moment possible with her because the time goes fast! Seems like just last week I was bottle feeding, now she's running circles around me and forcing me to save her life constantly. Well, maybe not every save is saving her life but a few definitely had the potential. She loves to climb and jump off things. Also a huge fan of trust falls. I probably shouldn't have introduced her to those so young but what's done is done. Haha! Anyway, the point is cherish every moment, good and bad, easy and difficult. Finally, I'm looking forward to November 27th! I believe that's the date I saw. This whole tour will be a movie basically. That's awesome! Congratulations on a successful tour. Can't wait to see the next one! 🙂💙

Good to see you back in Ireland, which you do seem to like. That being Ireland and those stained glass windows, that must be a Catholic Church. Another beautiful Church.
@DreynoАй бұрын
It’s been deconsecrated for about 20 years now but it was a Church of Ireland church (Anglican). Smaller Anglican churches often have plainer windows than Catholic Churches but stained glass is very common in bigger Anglican churches and Cathedrals.

Enjoy seeing your little vignettes during your travels and any music shorts you might share with us. Keep them coming for months, years and decades more. Ireland is a land that greatly interests me (along with NI as shown below). Eire is the home of the purported origin of the original version of my family's surname as a sept of the clan mac Uidhr now more commonly macGuire or even Maguire (as our line was that of a younger son of a major clan leader Donn Mor mac Guire) and so denominated. Wish I had the time and the money to make it back to county Fermanagh, NI whence we originated (purportedly).

I enjoy your music and follow you guys a lot. It is my understanding that as I have read through the histories around, that Bluegrass music was actually heavily influenced from Irish culture. The Irish folks who settled in the Smokey Mountains here in America loved their music and it blossomed to become Bluegrass music, made up from a lot of their song styles and culture from Ireland. But being the sharp family yall are in music smarts, I'm pretty sure yall knew that already. It took me a while to finally figure that out.

I'll go weird early tonight. Why did Julz use judo on Ellen, but not when fending off Matt. That was a truly heroic stance on her part, an act worthy of chivalric honor, particularly for a girl who apparently uses the occasional sippy cup. I'm jealous of the Irish, who have great music even in their airports. Can you imagine what it would have been like to have just wndered into that pub and found THAT jam afoot? Ellen apparently runs through town carrying Macy, which was a great warm up for Macy leading the pretty girl congo. This was one show where they had them leaping out of the pews! And the show itself appeared to be out of this world in multiple ways. Some of that was a stretch. I want to say how great these vlogs are. They show what great sports you are, and for the close watcher, that you are really quite rugged. Love the intro! I feel like the girls deserve flowers every show, though I get the feeling you might prefer coffee and chocolate... If you were having sound trouble, that was a remarkable performance. Matt has a great voice for "Wild Mountain Thyme," and the audience was great too. Julianne, thanks for putting these together. It's made my weeks spending this time with you, and I'm sure I'll go back to them. They make what I'm certain was a LOT of work, look like fun. Bless the Petersens and everyone that makes them possible.
