you take too much time on some moves and too little time of some moves, its best to find a middle ground. use most of your time on complicated positions rather than simple ones since it's easy to overthink a position, and as gothamchess said, if you spend a lot of time on a move it's probably a bad move. also, calculating faster can help, but I think maybe it would make it complicated for the viewers, what do you think?
