Plaintiff should consider a side gig as an emcee or comedian. He's very animated and would be great at entertaining people.

So what if the plaintiff is “animated”. 🙄 She is sooo crabby sometimes! Focus on the case lady. Clearly he’s nervous and doing the best he can. He may have ADHD as well. They act like he was just super over the top. 🤦🏽‍♀️ But he seems honest, respectful and fair. I’m so glad he won his case.

She freaking pissed me ALL the way off. Since she's been doing this a long time (as she likes to inform) she should understand that people from all walks of life will come before her and she needs to be understanding. She really got on my nerves.

The plaintiff did two vehicles and a huge boat full detail for only $650.00? That's cheap. The plaintiff and his crew spent many hours there on 2 vehicles and a huge boat!!! Shame on the defendent for not paying the plaintiff for all his hard work. How would the defendent feel if he didn't get paid for his job? Not very well I imagine. Pay the man!!! He did the work!!!

I feel for this plaintiff. It looks like he has ADHD and obviously not taking meds. (Fidgeting and not being able to get to the point, using arms while talking) I applaud him for working and coming to court without that help.

How can you justify not even paying him $1? If he believes that he should pay half, then pay half. Maybe they will accept it or sue for the other half but paying nothing is unacceptable. Then he throws his wife under the bus and says that he didn't approve it... sleazy piece of sh/t...

Headliners especially on older cars are extremely difficult to clean because they are very thin and rip easily. Theres only so much you can do at a certain price point. The scratches at the door handle were crazy but if he didnt pay for the exterior detail then its understandable
