About the drums, he usually has backing tracks for the songs that he intends to play, if not he uses the loop pedal to create a backing track and then play along. He has a pedal board, so he is using his foot to start/stop/switch...

Sometimes he loops or stores the background music beforehand for certain songs, sometimes he makes them up on the spot but cuts it out of the video. He controls it with a foot pedal.

(He was 26 when he met with Herman Li of Dragon Force in 2020) All the Wikis out there say that TheDooo is actually a different youtuber Names Eric Calderone(331ERock) which are all wrong. He has backing tracks on his pedals which he has pre-recorded. They're not added to the video afterward. He can also use his loop pedal to record and play back sounds live. also #SecondHandEmbarasement

Foot pedals. The percussion and looping comes from foot pedals. He is using very generic drum and percussions that would sound good with almost anything that he can start and stop with a press of his foot.
