RubberRoss, the guy who jumpscared them, made many of the emotes himself, if I remember rightly. He did a couple of videos about the process (and shenanigans) of making them on his channel if you are interested. It's very funny stuff, if you've not seem him before; as is his Gartic Phone content. Can't recommend him enough.

He's done a couple of videos now about the Bounce emotes, the second one is all about him messing with folks using the newer horror sounds, it was pretty magical. Shen is lucky she didn't get the dissonant whispers and mounting dread violin stings like some folks got.

TofuToons is the lead dev, scroll down on his timeline for a list of mods they were using at the very start. You can try building it yourself but be warned, the mods are very hungry, they barely work together, the server breaks constantly and there's a lot of custom, private assets, so you'll not get the same result anyways. He's releasing the modpack soon, and his patreon includes all of the custom assets.

As an avid Rubber Ross viewer, watching this and not knowing it was his SMP until midway was interesting, then it just became a waiting game until Ross jumpscared them. It's a tradition, that and seeing people mess around with the enjoy the emotes in general.
