Hey, Valve Index user here that also has glasses, don't unplug the headset from power when you finish using it, it keeps the lenses warm to prevent fogging. Also, remove the front plastic piece, its just held on by magnets and has a USB port under it. In that USB port you can put a fan to keep the headset cool. KiwiDesign makes one that looks pretty good. I also don't recommend playing in 144Hz unless you have this fan, make sure its set to 120 or lower and make sure to remove the front piece of plastic.
