I've played about 25 games on UFL and it plays more like an old school fifa game currently. Somewhere around 13 or 14 probably. Shooting and passing feels very assisted, through balls feel a bit too heavy and straight most of the time. Finesse shots have more margin for error than ordinary shots which are like a laser guided missile. Whilst you can buy coins and LP to buy boosters, you can't buy RP you have to grind the game for it so you can buy the best players. All in all it's not a bad game for a first attempt, definitely needs a lot of work to it still but it's going to be free to play so I'm not complaining. I've had more fun on it than I had on fc24 last year.

Yeah concept is better than FC, I think with support, in 2-3 years will be a real competitor to FC

​@paulscales9921 that's the thing it just needs support. It's a promising game and as long we get behind it, it can become a competitor for EA. I've had my fair share of complaints about Fifa and EAFC in the last 6 or 7 years, and with the game seeming to only get worse I'm glad another competitor has come in. Unfortunately I've never liked the feeling of PES or Efootball, so this makes a big difference for me.

100% I bought the preorder and £20 store combo thing, at least with UFL you know what you buying rather than gambling I'm 100% behind them and so far so good.

@@paulscales9921 does the £20 bundle help at all? I was thinking of getting it, saving up CP takes a bit and with that I could get CP boosters and improve my team slightly. I'm doing quite well without any of that though, I'm 17W-4D-3L without spending anything so far. I'm just glad that they set up RP the way they did, even if I bought the pack I couldn't improve my team majorly, there are just a couple of positions that I really need someone better.

My thing with the game is all passes go at one speed and they are Lazer guided whether your player is oriented correctly to make the pass or not ( i.e turn around passes) Another thing is input delay...... results in a lot of clunky battles when you win the ball back from a player especially in the final third but it's pretty fun to play with all that said😂

this game has perspective. it is only the early stage. they have to and will improve passing, dribbling, and shooting "physics", animations, and graphics which is a huge part of the experience for sure. but it is based on a MUCH better engine than FIFA (unreal vs frostbite is a hard mismatch) and they have something to build on. just give these guys some time. be patient. year or two. it will not happen in a couple of weeks. these things take time. and they know it. that is why this game is FREE TO PLAY. lets support their work by sending constructive feedback and good vibes. also EA can't be relaxed anymore, and they will have to put in billions they made through FIFA into some serious gameplay redesign. GJ UFL! GG!

The game is great... The only thing I hate is every player feels the same. I invested 40 mil on Barcola to see if he would feel any diff but he felt exactly like my 65 ovr winger. That makes me wonder should I even bother buying more players or what... I am pretty sure players like Ronaldo, KDB and Messi will for sure feel diff but saving that much Money and Rep is gonna take a long long time.
