i love the way you actually critiqued this without actively putting the artist down, that you pointed out mostly what they did good and THEN gave them some constructive critique based purely on the choices they made. Great video!

@@tunathehuman4076 being able to get a likeness--- you either have the ability or you don't. It can't be learnt. There is a skill called "super recognizer", and there is a test online to see how strong one is as a super recognizer. I did caricatures for 25 years. I scored a perfect score on the super recognizer test, my likenesses were also very strong . I worked alongside other artists and their drawing skills would improve over time, but their ability to get a likeness never changed. There are a lot of caricature artists who have weak likeness skills , this guy is one of them..

@@willg4802 i don't think that's True... I find problem in this caricature that he made his cheeks uplifted so do his smile... And i think that is not something that we can't learn, if we observe carefully we can get better likeness... And we can always improve our observation skills,

Why make multiple thumbnails when artists can get it right the first time? Wouldn't a lot of hours be saved if the presentation of a concept were to be discussed with the client/art director?
