I used to have solar panels on long wires I could lay in the sun while I was in the shade. Cows would "sneak" up for an inspection. They'd lick em to see if they were edible. Soon after I'd shave to wash muddy cow slobber off the panels.

Now that is funny! I've had free range cows scratch their heads on the bumper or mirrors, but not solar panels!
