Playmates Toys 40th Anniversary Re-Release Voltron Lions Action Figure Review!

Today, I will be going over the articulation, aesthetic, and accessories of the brand new Playmates Toys 40th Anniversary Re-Release of the Voltron Lion figures!
What an impressive set of figures! Not only that, but the final, pieced together Voltron, is easily a great centerpiece for my cartoon collection! The paint is pretty good, and the lions do come with a good amount of stuff, but this figure's strength comes its engineering and shelf presence. The fact that the lions not only work on their own as figures but are able to combine to make this huge, articulated figure is so amazing to me. I'm not a huge Voltron guy at all, but there is no denying that this thing is incredible!

The yellow lion is piloted by Hunk aka Tsuyoshi Seidou. And as for Power Rangers/Super Sentai, the Saber-toothed Tiger mecha was piloted by a boy in the Japanese Zyuranger. Also, don't use the X-acto knife on the yellow lion's jaw, use the spudger or part separator instead.

Zacctoys I want action figures of the pilots & villains from the original anime show we haven't gotten merchandise of the characters in a long time. I am saving up money for Panosh Place Dieklops from The Voltron Store, Playmates Voltron 40th Anniversary Lions or possibly save up for Soul Of Chogokin 50th Anniversary GX-71SP GoLion/Voltron. I am born July 3, 1999 will be 25 in 4 weeks I love 80s & 90s cartoons too. I like Beast King GoLion better.
