No disrespect intended, but I think you guys need to be more mindful on consistency. Within the video itself, you've placed the PS5 in 2 different direction/positions into the case. On top of that, your website photo stills shows a 3rd different position. The PS5 is oddly shaped and asymmetrical, so having a clear consistent showcase is really important. Can you provide any clarification on what orientation is truly optimal? For putting it in AND closing it? Especially when it comes to investing a $150 case to protect a $500 electronic.

at 1:04 vs 2:17 vs your website's stock photos. 3 orientations. Are all 3 okay? or is 1 position optimal/best for fit? The PS5 disk version s oddly shaped

Yeah, they're slowly but surely getting it right. Their previous heavy duty case (gen-1) had some issues that they've overlooked before production. It was completely missing a space for the mandatory stand (they have one for this case luckily!) and when you try to close the older gen-1 case, it was uncomfortably tight...like to the extent where it was clearly not acknowledged pre-production (or maybe they used the digital PS5? and completely forgot that most people use the bigger disk version PS5? either way it was way too small of a fit). This version Gen-2 case seems to address those issues and it's definitely an improvement to their original case. But they do need to be more mindful on the details

We are always open to constructive criticism and will do a better job keeping details like orientation more consistent to avoid confusion. For this product any orientation is acceptable and now that you bring it up, we should have made it clear in the video that any orientation will work. We generally try to design cases to be as flexible as possible. Many customers won't think twice about details like orientation and we consider it our responsibility to engineer a product that ensures a customer's oversight does not damage their product, in this case a PS5. As James Wong pointed out we do come up short sometimes as we are only human, but pride ourselves on using customer feedback as the primary source for improving our products.

Do the accessories under the console move and hit the console when moving the case around?
@Holden-ty4ut10 ай бұрын
I think when u cut it out u can put that access piece of foam on top of your games to protect the console maybe 🤷

What is the weight of the case alone? Also do you ship outside the US?
@daniyalkureishi34033 жыл бұрын
The company won't but amazon will! I live in UK and I emailed asking if they would and they said no. However on Amazon it states "sold by CaseClub, fulfilled by Amazon" which means amazon deals with the shipping. I got it 3 days earlier than the ETA.

@@daniyalkureishi3403 thanks for the response. Also is it worth it? I mean its pretty heavy right ? But i havent seen better case/bag for travelling. I am just in 2 minds cuz i have to spend almost £180 for it which is a lot for a case
@daniyalkureishi34033 жыл бұрын
@@theneut5350 i have to travel a lot for my job - it is a bit heavy but it feels really secure and i cant really complain much. Put it this way its the only reasonable thing on the market if you wanna travel with your ps5 but keep it safe

@@theneut5350 I have looked at other cases for my disc version and I don’t think anything comes close when it comes to quality. Yes, it’s big and heavy, but the ps5 is big and the case has more than adequate cushioning where I never worry about it when traveling. The convenience of having dedicated cut outs is so nice and allows for you to take anything you’d reasonably need when taking your PS5 on the road with you. I purchased this version (gen 2 for the headset) about a month ago and would recommend to anyone. Anyone criticizing this product isn’t being reasonably imho

Doesnt the top lid press down on the PS5?
@CaseClubCases3 жыл бұрын
It does. Not enough to hurt the PS5, but enough to hold it in place so it doesn't bump around when transporting.

Add thin layer of foam on top of it just to make it more secure. Thanks

Umm…I really want to get this but I want to make sure my Turtle Beach 700 Gen 2s will fit. If not then I might consider getting the other one without the headset space. By any chance are you able to give a list of compatible headsets?
@CaseClubCases3 жыл бұрын
On our website under the images we have the dimensions posted of the headset cutout. You should be able to measure your headset against the dimensions to see if it would fit. www.caseclub.com/product/playstation-5-ps5-with-headset-heavy-duty-travel-case/
