Good catch, I think the birb actually makes the play that happened the correct play. Attacking cam would do nothing as cam chumps it, has rollick (and the hidden info boseiju) to deal with Tyler's win. At least attacking Tyler means Dylan draws and has a potential out.

soooo Drana would not have been able to kill Cam, he had the swan song bird (that he moves onto the zombie pile, and i think thats where it got forgotten and mistaken for a zombie?) so he would have had a blocker. changes the conversation on Dylans choice of attack quite a bit i am thinking

in fact this changes it so that attacking tyler (what he did) is the only play, because attacking cam doesn't accomplish anything and attacking tyler at least lets him draw a card

I feel like not stopping the obvious, on table win was incorrect. Sure, dealing with kinnan would have been complex. But there was at least a chance of solving that equation. The on board thassa’s Oracle was a solved equation where you know you lost.

Haa anybody thought of dargo tormod? Tormod gives zombies for cycling through the dargo combo which is also fodder for if whiffs the combo to sacrifice to jumpstart the combo again. Also it adds a contrasting rakdos midrange plan wirh the explosive dargo combo

Dargo tormod can be good but the commanders don't give you any card draw/advantage or mana (at least not by themselves). You could technically count dargo as a beater by normally I think people save him for the turn they win so you're only really getting some combo potential out of the command zone. Also Rograkh + almost any other partner exists

Putting zombies on board is about the mildest thing to be doing with Dargo tbh. In Jund you can literally T2 go off, pretty similar in mardu with Tymna. I feel like if you want Rakdos you could go Tevesh and get some really solid draw in the zone, but idk that Tormod really brings enough to the table. It's hard to overstate how busted Dargo is that zombies really aren't enough.

Hey cam, you can play tempt with discovery in your wort deck. It sounds weird, but you copy it. If everyone says yes and find a land for both copies then you get 8 of any land incuding nonbasics out of your deck that enter untapped assuming the land you get doesn't enter tapped on its own. Meaning that you can get gaea's cradle, tron lands ect. And basically get kinda like an ad nauseum for mana. Also that shit enter untapped, so you can double tempt into something silly like a double finally of devestation, or double tooth and nail or something else ridiculous.

It wasn’t cedh but I was play one day and someone countered my Geyadrone dihada turn four with a pricy $$ counter spell. Some turns later someone won with the spell that lets you sac lands and fine the gates, with maze’s end. I was so pissed. That’s how I felt seeing the mental misstep 😢

Very good game, i would had went for the Basalt Monolith just cause it's a combo piece which should have higher priority to remove. The Mox Diamond is just "mana" and it's just "one mana." Nice to see Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. Very powerful commander and has alot of "synergy" cards that want you to have alot of mana. i can't help but put in those creatures that let you exile from graveyard to return a creature from graveyard to hand, and the model cards that are creature on front, land on back. i would not had ever thought to do Food Chain with her, wouldn't think it would work and it's an interesting strategy. Just feels like a worse Tayam, Luminous Enigma.

Kaalia used to be on the database, wins through breach/ or raz leonin+animate dead. Ad naus and a couple of big demons. Kroxa Kuranos is fringe but a one card combo with altar of dementia. Dihada is cedh

I’m not a CEDH expert. But I do play a lot of Manglehorn. I’m not sure in what world hitting a Mox Diamond instead of a Kinnan Basalt is ever correct. Sure, Cam eventually won but that doesn’t make it the correct play. Nice politicking by Tyler tho 👍🏽
