Imma be honest I think this kind of video is exactly what a lot of the cEDH community is looking for. If I was just starting to play cEDH this is what I would want to watch to play or see if I would like urza. Great video!

I *love* how far Cam has come so far since this channel started. It seems like just yesterday he was a wide-eyed newcomer to the format and now he's a seasoned veteran, making his own versions of established decks with Urza and Ikra//Bruse Ya Snooze Ya Lose. So proud of him.

I absolutely love and appreciate you putting all the commanders into separate playlists. It makes it so easy to go and find the commander you want to see in action, especially for new players who may be looking for a specific deck. If you guys could keep this updated as new games come out, this could be extremely beneficial and really cool

Just for public knowledge, isochron scepter + dramatic reversal generates infinite storm count as well, as the oracle text for isochron scepter says"cast" the copied spell, not "play" as some versions have it printed. Therefore, even with the ability to generate only 2 mana, you can generate infinite storm count and use brain freeze for infinite.

Jesus yes. More of this. I have a hard time convincing my playgroup that CEDH isn’t the work of Satan, so deck techs like this that actually demystify the format and explain why it’s great (alongside your awesome gameplay content) go along way to helping with that. Otherwise keep up the great work guys; you’re fast becoming one of my most watched MTG channels and I only found you a couple of weeks back after you appeared on Kingdoms. :)

As someone that’s currently building Urza, this was a great resource and i really liked seeing this type of video. So many lists just jumped ship from Tidespout to Hullbreaker and i really liked Cam’s reasoning for just running both.

Instead of doing timetwister loops for infinite birds you can always just use one of the tyrant loops to bounce and recast urza over and over to make infinite constructs instead

I’m new to cedh and this helps explain a little bit more of what you guys are doing and how they interact with the rest or your deck/the table. I love Urza! I have been playing urza as my main for years. Urza is imo deceptively one of the hardest decks to play though. Not only is the deck ill positioned but it is combining the two hardest archetypes, stax and control. I would like to personally thank you for bringing some new attention to urza, but I would also like to kindly notify your audience that this list is very sub optimal. If anybody has more questions regarding optimized urza please visit the urza server and we would be more then happy to chat.

I’d love to see a deck tech on advantage Thrasios soon. I’m particularly interested in your thoughts about the Temur version you guys have been playing versus the sans white/sans black/Kenrith versions. Not sure how practical this is, but I think it’d be sweet to put in some 30 second clips of a busted turn/interaction from some gameplay to highlight the things you are talking about. Thanks for the great content, keep up the great work!

Ditto on all the comments asking for more content like this. Great job! Additionally, and while it might conflict with the pure ethos of “playing to win,” I’d love to see your take on some marginal commanders and strategies in cEDH. Perhaps even optimizing some lower tier commanders, e.g. Selenia, Vorel, etc. Trying to get decks to a power level of 8 or 9 if 10 just isn’t possible. But yes, more of this would be really dope. Thanks.

One of my favorite videos you've ever made. An idea for the steam, since you were talking about people watching gameplay videos for their preferred commanders, is there a way you would be able to play some games where the viewers are able to see your hands so we can know what you have and how you are playing with the cards you currently have access to in each situation. Thanks!

Amazing content, can't express enough how gratefull I am. Urza is a perfect Commander to start Cedh. However I noticed that u guyz never played Edric (maybe once), which is also a really good Cedh commander and my personal favorite. I would love to see Camaron killing everyone with his smile and uplifting funny style 🤣 Remember when I started to play magic I was looking for 5tix deck a year ago and I was laughing about the deck how weak it seemed. Bunch of 1/1 and I just laughed. Now a year later, its a totally different Story 🙂 Edit: there are 4 Edric games. Thanks the Commander specific playlist 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I think worth noting for the shuffle effects is that if you have a wheel available(or targeted draw for some reason) you can mill repeatedly until the titan is the last card before casting a wheel. Shortcutting allows you to do this in atimely manner because eventually, that card will be the last card in the library.

I remember playing against my friends Urza deck with my Kinnan deck. They played I think it was a t1 Trinisphere followed by a t2 Urza. I thankfully went first, so I was able to ramp my t1 and play my commander t2. On my t3, I dropped an Oko and elked their Urza. At that point they were more or less out of the game because of their own Trinisphere whereas I was fine because I had Kinnan and a few dorks and rocks in play. I was quickly able to convert it to a win within a couple of turns protecting their Trinisphere from themselves.

The Mercadian Masques depletion lands across the board (except for probably the green one) deserve more respect than they get. They're pretty incredible in any deck that's looking to power something out on turn two in a format where things can be over very quickly (Sandstone Needle in Godo is the classic example). And you guys were close with the pronunciation, it's Sah-prazz-un Skerry.
