They did lands previously, not sure if many have really come out that would change the list. Surveil lands & Mt Doom are about it and surveil lands are kinda middling while Mt doom is 99.9% of the time just a rakdos pain land.

On culling ritual, I was playing tasigur in a midrange heavy pod, cast this on 2 and made enough mana to cast tasigur and evolution it into a koma to win the game over the next handful of turns. It's so nuts

Culling Ritual has come in clutch so many times for my Mycotyrant deck. With a Cryptolith right to pay for it, and then just tapping any other tokens out, as well as having my commander stay, usually leads to an instant win.

Im curious if silverquill silencer could potentially be a thing, not as powerful as Lotho obviously but with dockside and bowmasters and infinite commanders it feels like its presence could be pretty stifling for 2 mana.

6:10 the hirarchs are in my opinion a good bit better than pilgrim or deep shadow. The exaltd is very useful for sisay and sometimes kudzil. Exalted can be a very nice bonus

I play an Abzan stax deck and currently i don't play Lotho but it feels really conflicting. Like, card is nutty obviously, but at the same time my deck plays both Rule of Laws and Collector Ouphes, which both make him kinda useless. If i include it then it can ramp me into multiple stax pieces but then just becomes a useless body after i play one, its so weird.

I think this list emphasizes how green serves an important role in decks even if it's the worst monocolor in the format. Top 5 contained some great reasons to have green in a deck.

One card i add to any deck that has gruul and i get alot flack for from my friends is domri anarch of bolas. Oh but its threeeee mannnnna. Its basically 2 cause it immediately gives you a mana back. Pumps your board, acts as removal when you need it to, and makes creatures uncounterable. I cant tell you how many games ive won through a rhystic study/mystic remora cause of domri. PLAY DOMRI

I do wish you would keep what the ranking mean more consistent. 5 used to be auto include in everything, now it just means a good card that may or may not see much play but in a deck it is strong. I dunno it makes it harder to compare across your lists.

Yo I know I'm biased, but culling ritual has to be a 5. I've never succesfully cast the card and not won the game. If you're in gulgari colors its THE thing to do.
