Logan police are so afraid of transparency that they are attempting to have every video of them scrubbed from the internet through FALSE claims. Please help us make sure that their attempt of being removing transparency does the exact opposite. MIRROR THIS VIDEO.
There is a LOT MORE to this story, but I was having a hard time figuring out where to start with this, so I started with mirroring a video that they want removed. This will be a multi part series in which I will mirror every video they attempt to have removed, as well as a summary video explaining the extensive efforts they are going to in order to prevent being recorded, including filing false claims with private companies, as well as false criminal charges against those who record them for "stalking and harassment."
STAY TUNED, THE ENTIRE NEXT WEEK OF UPLOADS WILL BE FOCUSING ON LOGAN UTAH POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Do we have a right to privacy when they're recording us with their body cams? Do we have a right to privacy when they're peering into our vehicles? Maybe investigative journalists with cameras should stand outside their homes and monitor for drug trafficking... they obviously have something serious to hide.

I went to school in Logan Utah for five years. I can tell you one thing is for sure that Logan Police Department is so corrupt and extremely aggressive. One thing that is crazy is I used to hang out with the chief of police son, and anytime he would be in any sort of trouble he would get immediately excused from the trouble. They completely take advantage of people who do not know their rights. I’m glad that somebody is trying to create some transparency in Logan because it is definitely needed

Of course they want it scrubbed if they cannot control the narrative this way they can copsplain . The video will speak the truth it needs no i narrative by neither party. If the police department is afraid of transparency then you have to assume it's full of corruption. They should not have the authority or power to scrub other people's videos that is their evidence of the interaction with that officer.

Law enforcement, in this day and age despises cameras. The biggest fear of cops is transparency and accountability. They’ve been covering up their crimes for decades. The fact that this department is trying to take these videos down proves my point. If you have nothing to fear, you as a cop, need to be transparent. Behavior like this is not only illegal, it’s both shameful and disgusting!

Document the posting of the video, so when it is taken down you have proof and can take legal action over it being taken down. The lawsuits over these types of censorship on social media are currently being debated in the higher courts. Document document document every little thing and document those documents, we the people will win.

This is for Every Auditor: ----------------------------------- The Judicial system, Courts, consider police to be professional witnesses. Law enforcement is a part of the Executive branch of government. No matter how nice a police officer may be, upon contact you should say, "I invoke my 5th amendment right to remain silent" and "I request an attorney be present during any questioning." Then you act like a clam and STFU. Should an officer question You further, they could be seen as violating your rights. (5A, 6A) When you are in custody, even if you believe yourself to be alone, STFU. There is always the potential for a recording device upon property you do not control or own. (Even your own camera.) Every sworn officer has an obligation to honor their OATH to protect and defend your Federally recognized rights, then your State recognized rights and finally to uphold Federal/State/Local laws. This oath is codified law in the state which they are employed. Generally, there is a signed/dated copy in their "Jacket." They cannot violate any of your rights while upholding law except as specifically codified to effect arrest. Other instances of Time, Place, Manner restrictions can apply also. (Paint by number and within the lines.) Court is a very strange creation itself. Procedural rules govern its operation. You are essentially going by a flow-chart that you cannot see or understand. Remember the child's game "Mother May I?" but way more complex. There are good sites which can teach you how to be a more effective auditor without the arrests that could be involved. Search Google for the one word term Juris (plus) dictionary. Look at "Esquire Audits" for an 8-part interview with a constitutional defense attorney. Also watch audit channels that you feel do well. Most of all - Thank You. You are defending the rights of everyone. It is an honorable thing that you do. [None of the above is to be considered as legal advice. Do your own research.] 12fg54

These videos are good. Police Officers of all departments across America should know, they have no expectations of privacy during their hours of employment, while they're out in public view. They are Public Servants, they work for The People. Police Officers, if you don't want to be filmed or recorded both audio and video, quit your job. Get a job somewhere where you're not out in public view. As long as you're wearing a badge, you are a public servant, and you are subject to recording both audio and video while you are in public view. You have no expectation of privacy while you're in public view.

@eshootziscrs2868
@eshootziscrs2868 2 жыл бұрын
Richard Cooper, Please don't take this as an Argument but it isn't the people who make policy. We elect people who make laws and to some extent policy. The department policy though is often created mainly by the department, copying other departments and also with commissioner's/council members input. We the people do very little and I think it shows. Though as Sir Robert Peel said, the people are the police and the police are the people. Cops are just human individuals, no more no less. The attitudes and behaviors we see in officers can just as easily be seen in children when you give one select group authority over others. I think it would be good if we did more but less. I think we expect policing to provide safety and security, to prevent crime and harm. I think that's just unrealistic and the more we attempt to prevent harm, the more intentional harm we inflict by necessity because our efforts are doomed to fail. The person in the video isn't charged with harming anyone or damaging/ stealing property. Yet they will themselves face severe and unavoidable harm only because of our wish to feel safe and protected. The states need to control and criminalize. We do get this by what we ask of our officials, who we vote for and the promises they make of the things they will do "for us". Many ways we could do more but mostly we should ask for less. Just my thoughts and opinions. I get what you mean by police not even following the simple policies created for them, they certainly don't follow the laws as if they don't apply to police and following the constitution, the protections of individual rights. That's a huge obstacle and inconvenience they simply don't want to deal with.
