Elder James Lenox was one of the greatest "old school" gospel singers ever. He sang with such conviction and power. He is greatly missed in COGIC for his great wisdom and influence in all circles of gospel music. He was so down to earth and would speak to us and give us that warm fatherly smile no matter where we met him. He reminds me of my own late father who was also a musician and singer and they were close in age. Thank you so very much for posting this wonderful clip.

Beyond amazing! Anointed! The whole world needs to hear this. My Mom sang this song in church as a special when I was about 6. It was her favorite song. Then when I started singing in church, it was my favorite song. It still is. It pulls your soul out of your body, washes it, and then gently puts it back in your body.
