Man, Bly was really struggling that 2nd game. Lost 3-4 Drones to an Adept because he didn't tell the Queens right next to it to kill it and criminally under-utilized his Biles vs the Cannons and Batteries. Definitely could have won that before it got to Carriers. Wow, you almost never see Mutas just win a game straight-up up like that, at least among the pros! Heh, looks like Nice had his own game-2 moment to close it out. Balance is restored ;p Love the new maps!

Which race has the best defensive resources and mechanics ? Zerg with spines, spores, creep, queens, heal, slow HP regen, walls? burrow? nydus? and productions mechanics? Protoss with cannon, battery, overcharge, walls, sim-city, shield regen, recall, chrono boost? and production mechanics? Terran with walls, doors, lifts, bunkers, sim-city, planetary fortresses, turrets, sensor towers, repair, scan, scv loading? and productions mechanics? Any things else that doesn't respond to select all army?? ;)

Would be nice to see different maps. But I never ever had the impression that SC2 players can adapt, they gonna go Stargate every single game with no exception (or maybe they have to because SC2 balance doesn't leave room for different things). So the maps must also without exception be made to accomodate a single playstyle. SC2 just doesn't have a changing meta the way BW does.

Tasteless originally dubbed the red bubble slow zones "bubulas" during GSL while casting - (the actual name is inhibitor zone generator). When speed zones were added they became "dubulas" for their speed xD

So I did some math. - because why not 😜. A drone/probe/SCV will collect 40 minerals a minute. It took the 5 probes approximately 35 seconds to burn down the hatch, that's a loss of income of 116,66 minerals. (that's without travelling, so the real cost is slightly higher) Cancelling the hatch, costs 75 minerals, + the 1 minute it took for the drone away from the base not mining (actually longer, but you know...), that's a cost of 105 minerals total. With the updated math (thanks DelawareBrooks), it's now really close, considering that the drone spend most of its time on the other side of the map, and eventually died, I would argue that income-wise it's a loss to make a harassment hatch. Then ofc. there is the psycological bit to it, probably hurts us normal people way worse than it does the pros...

Hatches cost 300, not 400 minerals, canceling the hatch refunds 75 minerals. Also I assume the "4" and 116,66 are misplaced decimals.

Jimmy was all over the board on the overlay today. Game one and two were both 0 to 0 best of 5, two got fixed partway through once winter noticed, game three showed the score as 0 to 0 with no best of, game 4 was 2 to 1 in a best of 3, with game 5 being back to correct.

There something to be said about about games with 1 level lower than top world/gsl - they often are funnier to watch, u never know what happens and big advantage doesn't end game cause big mistakes alsso happen quite often

Nice was a Husky that's how he plays so good. I'd like to see an actual StarCraft Universe with Unreal Engine, first person playing as Ghost or Dark Templar with Path of Exile passives extracting samples or Bio Warfare amongst various systems were strains change with environments Good/Bad so players have to cleanse the infestation.

I really hope we don't get that spawning pool map on ladder or they change it, cause currently it is impossible to ever get a 3rd on that map in PvZ. the fact that they time out at around 4:20-4:30 and it must cost like at least 600-700 minerals to wall it is absolutely ridicolous. Easily the most imbalanced map I have ever seen
