I have no idea what that could be except, maybe, a version difference. This was After Effects 5.5 and Plexus 2. Which do you have?

CS6 is fine (should open anything) but you'll have to switch to plexus 2 for this, if you can get your hands on it.

Thanks, if you found the intro template here 1edzeppelin.wix.com/youtube (scroll down on the left) it is an almost identical technique, even based on the same text. I didn't make a template because it's been heavily masked to fit those specific videos, if you swapped them out it would look horrible, so it's easier to experiment from (not quite) scratch. as a starting point zoom the camera in fully using the control layer to fill the screen, and put your footage underneath, then change the plexus layer's blending mode to 'stencil alpha' or 'silhouette luma' to give a couple really cool looks. Then HEAVY colour correction

Thanks a lot, I used an expression instead of keyframes for the camera so someone could use a song of any length without messing with the frames. It's under the control layer which the camera is parented to. i.imgur.com/XxLU47X.jpg There's some really good expression tutorials around if that didn't help (but I'm not too familiar with them myself).

How can I increase the time of the project? Whenever I increase the time the visualizer is messed up after the original tie (I think the original time is 1:31) Please help ;c

I used an expression (this one i.imgur.com/XxLU47X.jpg ) instead of the normal keyframes to make sure that didn't happen, so I don't know what could have caused it. I think (seeing as nobody else has had a problem yet) it was something you did inbetween loading the project and adding your samples. I'll give the template a check for anything else tomorrow and reply again. (also "messed up" how? So I know what I'm looking for.)

I think I might know what it is. If it messes up at 2 minutes exactly it means you need to extend the length of the compositions (pre-comp 1, Title assets, and then the main comp) in the composition settings window, and then drag every layer out to fill the whole time. You can then alter just the main comp so it's the specific length of the song and all should work fine. Basically it's a dumb issue I missed when putting the template together because I haven't done one before. Assuming that's what messed up double checking that should fix it right up, if not I have no idea what it could be.
