I love Mammoth in the early morning. Enjoy. When I worked for Insurance Services Office (ISO), heavy timber was rated more fire resistant and insurance rates were lower. That will likely not be the case in Mammoth for many reasons, but the construction looks awesome. This is going to be fun to follow. Be safe.

Does the crane move the scaffolding around or do they have to building and tear down each time for each placement?
