This is a GREAT example of the judge being in a good mood. Especially considering how much he interrupted her and how much she HATES that lol
@BREEZYM60159 ай бұрын
A judge should never make a ruling based on his or her mood. Suppose the evidence proves without a doubt that one party is clearly guilty but the other party irrates the judge so he or she rules against them. Explain that logic to me. 😂
@lindsayherte65219 ай бұрын
It's has nothing to do with her mood. Judge is very respectful of her elders and she understands people all he wanted was some respect and Judge was trying to make sure he knew she respected him. And that made no sense her making a decision off being in a good mood because he lost. As soon as he started being disrespectful she shut it down.

@@lindsayherte6521 are you a first time watcher of this show? She does not care at all if you’re an elder or not as she has CONSTANTLY AND REPEATEDLY yelled at ANYONE, including elderly people who interrupt her all the time. I worked in fast food for a few years as a manager. Harvey was spot on at the end. In the beginning I stuck to the rules 100% but after doing it for 8 years I found that sometimes, with some customers, you are best off to just go ahead and eat the profits. That served me well when I opened my own mechanics shop a couple of years later as my shop became very successful due to extremely high customer satisfaction. A customer like the plaintiff would give the defendant a lot of profits as long as he could handle the plaintiff's overbearing personality. And perhaps he did for a while and then decided it was too much so he told the plaintiff he had to return the car due to insurance problems. We'll never know but that sounds reasonable.
