I can’t believe how much bigger the RR is. Oddly enough, I have been considering both of these as a possible replacement and am torn between the two. They have their own strengths. The one thing I will say is that the RR does not make you want to drive fast and is more about the relaxed comfort whereas the Porsche makes you want to put your foot down (and lose your licence!)

Really interesting! I think the Germans are near the pinnacle whilst the Indians who build the RR are just getting traction. In Future India is likely going to be a huge crowd having endless cheap workers available and given a bit of help they will get the quality control right. Having toured India close up with locals who got money for luxury I would wait for the next generation of fully electric vehicles.

Great comparison! I'd love to see a video on the "executive view" of hydrogen cars and their future.

good compairson of these beautiful SUVs, Morten! i fully agree with your conclusion . I love my Range Rover Sport for its relaxed, luxurious long-distance driving. in one (for me impotant) point i donˆt agree with you: Offroading is with the Range Rover a fairly better experience than with the Cayenne 😉 ! so i choose my RRS also because i use it for overlanding witg a roof tent . And by the way, the RR has now a 5year warranty (modelyear 2024).

Well said! Btw, I drove the Cayenne under serious offroad conditions and with air suspension the Cayenne is impressive. The PHEV version of the RR sits somewhat lower and lacks the clearance of non-hybrids.

The Range Rover has a low range box for off-road ….. the Cayenne ditched this in 2009 which was a mistake
