Looks like it will be fun for some of the player base. I personally don't participate in PvP content, but it could be fun as a spectator as well. Hopefully, Blizzard posting this info on patch 10.2.6 BEFORE it launches in NA should quell EU players griping about it being spoiled for them before they could participate.

not into pvp, especially not into BR, not interested. Disappointed... I was looking forward to some new event in retail or some extra spice into existing events, some extra quests or lore or transmorg to introduce the next expansion. So good luck to those enjoying battle royale, remember it won't last either...
