I was obese 4 years ago. I didn't immediately feel the urgent need to exercise, lose the excess weight, and eat healthier, because I was young and didn't suffer from health issues yet... But even if I was obese and not doing anything about it, I WAS NOT ENTITLED AND DELUSIONAL! I knew I had to be mindful of where I sit because I couldn't fit in some chairs. I knew I was an inconvenience to my family every time we travel. Getting this big is a personal choice (except for those people who really do have medical conditions that make them abnormally gain weight rapidly). Most people who reach 2XL or 3XL already know they should do something about their health... How did you let yourself reach 5XL? Bro, I was 3XL at 18 years old and I already had trouble walking 500 meters.

As a former Disney college program participant I just wanna say that going to Disney can be a good exercise. During my four months of working at Walt Disney World I walked an average of 12 miles a day and lost almost 20 pounds without even trying. With that being said, if you are actively going out of your way to avoid stairs, use ECV’s, or eat big sit down meals even once if not more a day the 12 miles a day goes out the window. I know cast members who would walk the world showcase at Epcot (which is a 1.2 mile loop) multiple times as exercise, but they sure as hell weren’t stopping for food at every pavilion.

I’m 37 now and it’s getting harder to keep weight off. What these fat chicks don’t want to consider is that the 20, 30, 40 + pounds they carry in their 20s and 30s are going to be killing their back and knees when they’re 50. When women get this obese their legs do something weird and I find it one of the most unappealing things I've ever seen. Above the knee their legs are straight up and down and at the knee they suddenly angle outwards. If you measured it it looks like it's something like a 270 degree angle. I find it irritating as well that you can be that morbidly obese and see that your body is slowly buckling under the weight and just decide "yeah I'm fine with this" and even go on to falsely believe society owes you understanding and access.
