Could conflict between China and the West be avoided if the Taiwanese people, for those so inclined, were allowed to migrate on mass to Australia and possibly other countries? After all, we need to grow our population for developmental reasons. I support the One-China policy and recognise that some Taiwanese are happy to accept mainland rule while others are not. For those that are not, they should have the option of leaving Taiwan for Australia or somewhere else especially if that will help prevent conflict between China and the West.

PM Lee as normal spoke calmly and in the most diplomatic manner, given the sensitivity of the subjects which involve China & USA. Singapore considers both as important allies. It is of my view that USA is an ally that Singapore has to maintain with caution. The manner in which political ideology is practised and played out in USA can be frightening. For the sake of gaining American domestic political goals, American politicians will do anything even if their actions hurt a close ally. In this case, obviously USA does not treat China as a close ally and hence, USA has no qualms nor shame to talk rubbish; makes ambiguous statements about Taiwan and in short behaves like a double-headed venomous snake. Fast backward about a century to around early 1900s. American politicians from both Democrats and Republicans openly did things to encourage Irish rebellion to subvert UK's internal security. The incumbent US government of that time would not sanction their own politicians for interfering with the internal affairs of a close ally. Why? Oh, this is called Democracy! I call it DemoNcracy & Hypocrisy. I must qualify that I neither support nor condemn Irish Rebellion. I cite this example to illustrate the Hypocritical and Bigot-like Foreign Policy of USA.

Peaceful coexistence and cooperations are the only option for all parties concerned in the world to adopt today. But hegemonic US is bent on dwelling in its false pride and is stubbornly antagonistic against China. US together with Europeans had attacked China and pressed her down in 1900. Hence the Westerners find it most difficult to accept a once down & out loser to be at par with or even a winner over them today. But China’s rise is a reality which is unstoppable. Some Western aggressive & gullible politicians may be thinking of a nuke war with China. If that happened, China might lose a billion people, but all, repeat all Westerners would be dead. If you lose the civil war, you've lost. It doesn't change the fact that Sentosa is part of Singapore. I don't think Singaporeans in general would want Sentosa to be independent, especially if the governing party in Sentosa is a pawn of some other foreign powers to topple mainland Singapore. A country is defined by its roots, its history, its culture and its people. Not a political party. Because PM understands the importance of Singapore to these 2 superpowers. US and China both are eyeing Singapore, both trying hard to get Singapore on to their side, this is why Singapore must stay neutral. Singapore’s strategic location is of paramount importance in SE Asia, and the port of Singapore practically controls all the vital sea routes in this region. Singapore port is the gateway for China, Japan, Korea, Australia and all ASEAN countries to sail out of Asia to Europe and Africa, this is why China is especially wary of Singapore getting on too chummy with the US. This is also why our government is always stating very clearly and loudly that Singapore stands neutral no matter what...God bless Singapore 🇸🇬😂

I b0rrowed this from a Malaysian Y0uTuber’s c0mment: I’m from Malaysia. CHlNA has traded with Malaysia for 2000 years. In those years, they had been the world’s biggest powers many times. Never once they sent troops to take our l4nd. Admiral Zhenghe came to Malacca five times, in gigantic fleets, and a flagship eight times the size of Christopher Columbus’ flagship, Santa Maria. He could have seized Malacca easily, but he did not. In 1511, the Portuguese came. In 1642, the Dutch came. In the 18th century the British came. We were colonised by each, one after another. When CHlNA wanted spices from India, they traded with the Indians. When they wanted gems, they traded with the Persian. They didn’t take lands. The only time CHlNA expanded beyond their current borders was in Yuan Dynasty, when Genghis and his descendants Ogedei Khan, Guyuk Khan & Kublai Khan concurred CHlNA, Mid Asia and Eastern Europe. Yuan Dynasty, although being based in CHlNA, was a part of the Mongolian Empire. Then came the Century of Humiliation. Britain smuggled 0pium into CHlNA to dope the population, a strategy to turn the trade deficit around, after the British could not find enough silver to pay the Qing Dynasty in their tea and porcelain trades. After the 0pium warehouses were burned down and ports were closed by the Chinese in ordered to curb 0pium, the British started the 0pium War I, which CHlNA lost. Hong Kong was forced to be surrendered to the British in a peace talk (Nanjing Treaty). The British owned 90% of the 0pium market in CHlNA, during that time, Queen Victoria was the world’s biggest drug baron. The remaining 10% was owned by American merchants from Boston. Many of Boston’s institutions were built with profit from 0pium. After 12 years of Nanjing Treaty, the West started getting really really greedy. The British wanted the Qing government: 1. To open the borders of CHlNA to allow goods coming in and out freely, and tax free. 2. Make 0pium legal in CHlNA. Insane requests, Qing government said no. The British and French (with supports from the US), started 0pium War II with CHlNA, which again, CHlNA lost. The Anglo-French military raided the Summer Palace, and threatened to b*rn down the Imperial Palace, the Qing government was forced to pay with ports, free business zones, 300,000 kilograms of silver and Kowloon was taken. Since then, CHlNA’s resources flew out freely through these business zones and ports. In the subsequent amendment to the treaties, Chinese people were sold overseas to serve as labor. In 1900, CHlNA suffered attacks by the 8-National Alliance (USA, France, Germany, Empire of Japan, British Empire (including India), Italy, Russian Empire and Austria-Hungary). Innocent Chinese civilians in Peking (Beijing now) were murdered, buildings were destroyed & women were r4ped. The Imperial Palace was raided, and treasures ended up in museums like the British Museum in London and the Louvre in Paris. In late 1930s CHlNA was occupied by the Japanese in WWII. Millions of Chinese died during the occupancy. 300,000 Chinese died in Nanjing Massacre alone. Mao brought CHlNA together again from the shambles. There were peace and unity for some time. But Mao’s later reign saw sufferings and deaths from famine and power struggles. Then came Deng Xiao Ping and his infamous 'bl4ck-cat and wh1te-cat' story. His preference in pragmatism than ideologies has transformed CHlNA. This thinking allowed CHlNA to evolve all the time to adapt to the actual needs in the country, instead of rigidly bounded to ideologies. It also signified the death of Communism in actually practice in CHlNA. The current Socialism+Meritocracy+Market Economy model fits the Chinese like gloves, and it propels the uprise of CHlNA. Singapore has a similar model, and has been arguably more successful than Hong Kong, because Hong Kong being gateway to CHlNA, was riding on the economic boom in CHlNA, while Singapore had no one to gain from. In just 30 years, the CPC have moved 800 millions of people out from poverty. The rate of growth is unprecedented in human history. They have built the biggest mobile network, by far the biggest high speed rail network in the world, and they have become a behemoth in infrastructure. They made a fishing village called Shenzhen into the world’s second largest technological centre after the Silicon Valley. They are growing into a technological power house. It has the most elaborate e-commerce and cashless payment system in the world. They have launched exploration to Mars. The Chinese are living a go0d life and CHlNA has become one of the safest countries in the world. The level of patriotism in the country has reached an unprecedented height. For all of the achievements, the West has nothing g0od to say about it. CHlNA suffers from intense ant1-CHlNA pr0pagandas from the West. Western Media used the keyword “Communist” to instil fear and hatred towards CHlNA. Everything CHlNA does is negatively reported. They claimed CHlNA used sl4ve labor in making iPhones. The truth was, Apple was the most profitable company in the world, it took most of the profit, leave some to Foxconn (a Taiwanese company) and little to the labor. They claimed CHlNA was inhuman with one-child policy. At the same time, they accused CHlNA of polluting the earth with its huge population. The fact is the Chinese consume just 30% of energy per capita compared to the US. They claimed CHlNA underwent ethnic cleansing in Xinjiang. The fact is CHlNA has a policy which priorities ethnic minorities. For a long time, the ethnic minorities were allowed to have two children and the majority Han only allowed one. The minorities are allowed a lower score for university intakes. There are 39,000 mosque in CHlNA, and 2100 in the US. CHlNA has about 3 times more mosque per musl1m than the US. When T3RRORlST att4cks happened in XlNJlANG, CHlNA had two choices: 1. Re-educate the UlGHUR 3XTR3MlSTS before they turned T3RRORlSTS. 2. Let them be, after they launch attacks and KlLL3D innocent people, b0mb their homes. CHlNA chose 1 to solve problem from the root and not to do KlLLlNG. How the US solve T3RRORlSM? Fire missiles from battleships, dr0p b0mbs from the sky. During the pandemic, When CHlNA took extreme measures to lockdown the people, they were accused of being inhuman. When CHlNA recovered swiftly because of the extreme measures, they were accused of lying about the actual numbers. When CHlNA’s cases became so low that they could provide medical support to other countries, they were accused of politically motivated. Western Media always have reasons to bash CHlNA. Just like any country, there are irresponsible individuals from CHlNA which do b4d things, but the CHlNA government overall has done very well. But I hear this comment over and over by people from the West: I like Chinese people, but the CPC is evil. What they really want is the Chinese to change the government, because the current one is too g0od. Fortunately CHlNA is not a multi-party democratic country, otherwise the opposition party in CHlNA will be supported by notorious NGOs (Non-Government Organization) of the USA, like the NED (National Endowment for Democracy), to topple the ruling party. The US and the British couldn’t crack Mainland CHlNA, so they work on Hong Kong. Of all the ex-British colonial countries, only the Hong Kongers were offered BNOs by the British. Because the UK would like the Hong Kongers to think they are British citizens, not Chinese. A divide-and-conquer strategy, which they often used in Color Revolutions around the world. They resort to low d*rty tricks like detaining Huawei’s CFO & banning Huawei. They raised a silly trade war which benefits no one. Trade deficit always exist between a developing and a developed country. USA is like a luxury car seller who ask a farmer: why am I always buying your vegetables and you haven’t bought any of my cars? When the Chinese were making socks for the world 30 years ago, the world let it be. But when Chinese started to make high technology products, like Huawei and DJI, it caused red-4lert. Because when Western and Japanese products are equal to Chinese in technologies, they could never match the Chinese in prices. First world countries want CHlNA to continue in making socks. Instead of stepping up themselves, they want to pull CHlNA down. The recent movement by the US against CHlNA has a very important background. When Libya, Iran, and CHlNA decided to ditch the US dollar in oil trades, Gaddafi’s was killed by the US, Iran was being sanctioned by the US, and now it’s CHlNA’s turn. The US has been printing money out of nothing. The only reason why the US Dollar is still widely accepted, is because it’s the only currency which oil is allowed to be traded with. The US has an agreement with Saudi that oil must be traded in US dollar ONLY. Without the petrol-dollar status, the US dollars will sink, and America will fall. Therefore anyone trying to disobey this order will be eliminated. CHlNA will soon use a gold-backed crypto-currency, the alarms in the White House go off like mad. CHlNA’s achievement has been by hard work. Not by looting the world. I have deep sympathy for CHlNA for all the suffering, but now I feel happy for them. CHlNA is not rising, they are going back to where they belong. G0od luck CHlNA. **(This message has been c3nsored on KZbin, I replaced some letters of the text with numbers to avoid the YT 4lgorithm)

International Law MUST be upheld by all nations, including China, to avoid entrapment or conflict between otherwise upholders of mutual Goodfaith. Taiwan MUST be defended at all costs, for if CCP is soo power-hungry to assult Taiwan, then CCP will seek to conquere the rest of the world too. The US has occupied many lands, some repeatedly, but returned them once peace also returned. The reality is: CCP must be halted long enough for India to rival China, even if a fading US must Kamakazi itself, to save freedom-loving nations from a Political-Purge by the criminal CCP. China's rightful lawful government, culture, language, and history, resides within Taiwan since WW-2, so once it's all restored to Beijing, will be a blessing to both China, and the whole world. Can a dragon change its nature? Very likely it'll have to be bound-up, to protect the villages, at least for a while. Since the Crown, Vatican, and London Financial District(Vanguard & Blackrock) are plundering, dissolving, and depopulating the US, the US should exit history with a legacy of leaving the world in a condition of worldwide peace and freedom. Just wait till it's China's, then India's turn to be dissolved by Vanguard, for Africa to become world power.
