This is the most relaxing night time routine to watch! We need an AM routine next.😊 I also have extremely dry mature skin, and find the double cleansing with oils can be drying. I layer humectants, then soothing serums, then cream with oil. And occasionally a petroleum balm over that. One humectant that I love is AquaFix by Chemist Confessions. So good to see skincare and self care tips for mature women.

I wholeheartedly agree that I want to see the science. Show me the double blind clinical trials, peer reviewed, and I will be more convinced than any luxury name or latest gadget. My late husband was a patent attorney in the pharmaceutical industry. His science knowledge and healthy skepticism stays with me:).

Oh, gadgets are so tricky because some trials are financed by the manufacturer! I know that's common and I would like to believe no one would compromise themselves for a buck - but they can skew data by not showing the negative or patients who didn't see results, ect. And people love to through around "FDA approved," but I think many audiences think that means, "the FDA said this was effective"

And years ago I worked at the Chanel counter and it was known that "color" lines (Chanel, Dior, Lancôme) do "color" better than skincare and skincare lines like Clarins were better suited for skincare rather than makeup. I don't know if that's 100% true but it always seemed logical. Stick with what you know!

I’ve found as I get more mature 😊that layering a lot of thinner products works better for me, less morning puffiness. And I believe Sisley was always a skincare company primarily. At least in the company’s view.

Top three...a vitamin c for day, a retin product and niacinamide for evening and I really adore the liquid gold.

Yay on seeing the skincare you use! I have the Trixera by Avene too and it is fragrance free just in case you are concerned about adding to your face with everything else. I always check and this is such a nice, lightweight yet effective moisturizer. I do the same thing and alternate putting on my face and body.

Love your videos! I almost never comment, but felt the need to mention that CT Magic Cream is very similar to the MUA staple Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré. I love the Embryolisse both for skincare properties and as a primer, my experience is that all makeup will just look beautiful over it. I have mature, dry and sensitive skin. So if someone is looking for a (way) more affordable alternative to the CT, I would definitely recommend trying the Embryolisse.

Oh, you must try their toner. That's the one I use every day no matter what other toner/essence I might add (ie sometimes PKY & Neogen, or PKY and Secret Key, etc.)

Have you tried mandelic acid? Wishtrend makes a nice one, super gentle. I’m also a huge fan of the Niogen micro ferment, SSH & Maelove Retinaldehyde. Happy Monday 💜

Gosh we have almost identical routine with a few differences. I have 13 essences so I use probably 5 a night another 4 orb4 serums and 2 moisturizers with B oil topped in too Love stratia and Maelove Mornings loads of green tea Vit c then vit c cream booster Have some fermented stuff I adore from Numbuzin And a yes stylenorder on the way lol.

Oh, I forgot to mention in video, but listed in the description box, Neogen essence which is bifida ferment - love that a lot!! PS my skin looked amazing the next morning -lol
