Hi guys, this is my nighttime / PM skincare routine. I don't use the exact same products or follow the exact same routine every night, I switch products every now and then. Sometimes, I skip some steps if I feel like my skin needs less, and add some steps if my skin needs more. Most days, I just do the second cleanse, quickly apply a serum (or not), and moisturize. What works for me may not work for everyone, so please be mindful on what you put on your skin. Research is powerful. More skincare doesn't mean quicker results, sometimes it could just make things worse.
Note on Acids: It's best to avoid any strong acids if your skin is sensitive, compromise,d or irritated. Some people may not be able to take acids every night as it can be very harsh. At most, use acids about two to three times a week only.
Note on fragrance: Some people prefer fragrance in their skincare for elegance of use. While most skins may be able to tolerate fragrance which does not play any role in skincare to be honest, some people may be allergic to it, or develop allergies through continued use. I try to avoid fragrance and essential oils. Fragrance in cleansers is fine (better if there's none), they will be washed off anyway.
