Good explanations. You are one of few videos that break down the acronyms, definitions and include the formulas. Everyone else just dives right in with little context and I think they make the info more confusing than it needs to be. Most of it is just common sense with acronyms to simplify. My other feedback is you sound super energetic and excited but I would definitely slow down a little :-) because you are speaking really fast. If you are teaching/teacher (which you are), then my suggestion is to please make sure you are communicating clearly, so your students have some time to digest/receive what you're saying. Remember that part of PM's role is 90% communication too. Thanks for doing these helpful videos. Take Care.

Its the difference between Value and Cost. You may spend $100 on something but it is possible that you get only $80 worth of value from it
