How did you get the underline for the sections - is there any way to customize and stylize or format the layout esthetically like in terms of fonts highlights and bolds? Thanks for all the great videos!

I'm afraid not. This video is just a few years old and the design of Asana has changed a little since then.

Thanks Paul. What's your opinion about the new update to the My Tasks page? I find that now the project labels have been moved to a separate column, it's impossible to see which projects all the other tasks belong to at a glance when the details panel is open. I tend to have my web browser open in half the width of my monitor, therefore the Projects column is always obscured. When the window is open full width, it's not a problem, but still, I think the old layout was more user friendly.

Yeah I agree. Sometimes Asana makes changes that don't make sense to me. They also got rid of the swipe to mark as complete on the iOS app :(

Hi Paul! I always try to spend some time in the My Tasks page. Thanks for the reminder! My problem is that if they are subtasks I can't see which project they belong to (which are usually a client's name), and if I add the projects in the My Tasks page the sub task gets duplicated in the project which gets confusing for me and my team. What do you suggest doing in here? I was thinking using tags instead? Do you have any tips?

I have a similar challenge and my solution is to include the client name in the subtask e.g. 'Mariella Cruzado - Book meeting'

Hi Paul. I have my projects currently in an Excel Spreadsheet. Can I import my spreadsheet into Asana? If so, do you have a video of how to do that? Many thanks in advance. Regards, Cornel

I don't have a video on this but it is pretty straightforward. However, note that you can't import projects. You would be importing tasks to a project (if that makes sense)

Hi Paul, How can i setup asana to tracking my clients tasks, things like call client A, send propousal to client B..... kind of stuff... Do you have any video that address this kind of need?

How I do it is I have a project called 'Clients' and a task for each client e.g. Oliver Hartley. Then I use subtasks for the things I need to do e.g. 'Oliver Hartley - Call client'
