Doing projects especially in higher institutions require not only what the school teachers teach you it also required extensive research or going to alot of libraries alot of searching in the markets for the gadgets in the end the project might not come up to international standard and in the end end up in the trash.

He says when we say we will do something, we make sure we deliver it. Many months ago, they say they will implement some rules for PMA users in Singapore but they have yet to do it. The reason is they are afraid of offending those PMA users and lose their votes in the coming elections. No guts to act what is righteous and to make public paths safer for pedestrians.
