I have a question. Why not fully flex the knee when trying to stretch the soleus muscle?
@CoreElementsTraining2 ай бұрын
You can flex it further, whilst stretching the soleus. The main reason for the flexion is to relax the gastrocnemius, which crossed the knee.

Nice recommendation for a warming medium, thank you. The lotion that I use in this video is also nice as it’s hypoallergenic and doesn’t absorb too quickly 👍.

Hi Shanine, It’s stretch - contract - relax, then stretch again. Ideally when time permits hold the final stretch position for 15 seconds +
