The 5 minute take off has GREAT results! I love it. I use it in almost every part of my life, in every day little steps I make. My favorite idea today is "Learn to fail well" . What a concept! It is always relieving to know that in reality nothing can really go wrong. Thank you for reminding us this beautiful universal law!

This book also teaches me what is truly amazing about our lives is that every single one of us has the ability to create our own destiny and it all starts with a choice.

I love the rat-racer, hedonist and happy person model :) I actually have some of these happiness boosters already in my everyday life, although i`ve always called them "buffer activities" since i use them as a buffer between private life and work. Thanks for the tips btw!

Do you read every book you comment on? if so, how do you do it, I can't seem to be able to read more than a book every couple of months. Any advice?
@HeroicBrian9 жыл бұрын
Angel Morales Hi Angel! Yes, I read every page of every book I do a note on. It's my full-time job and I love it so working hard helps. :) I think the #1 thing is to make it an important priority and then unplug from the Internet + TV + other distractions and dive in to stuff that fires you up!
@AngelMorales-fg7cw9 жыл бұрын
That is amazing, the best job in the world if you ask me. Thank you, I will follow your advise. And thank you for taking the time to reply. Any books you recommend, I sort of a beginner reader you could say.

Giving a little constructive feedback, you always seem to be wearing black in all your videos maybe change it up a bit and wear a different color?
@HeroicBrian9 жыл бұрын
psyenergy1 Thanks for the feedback and... You are correct! I'm like Mr. Rogers. Only with one color. And a shirt not a sweater vest. Laughing. One less thing to think about... :)
