In my opinion, Luc Aulivier and Philippe Videcoq are among the best adaptors. They were so good at playing with sounds and words (even though they tend to use the words "love" and "dream" when they're stuck x) ), I miss them so much. Recently, Philippe Videcoq did a wonderful job on "Mary Poppins Returns" and the live action "Beauty and the Beast" . Many don't like the new lyrics as they are not quite their childhood lyrics anymore, but he did a great job on the new songs and re-adapting the old ones (to bring back the lyrics and ideas from the animated version and adapt to the new music). And "Mary Poppins Returns" is gold. So sad he didn't do "Frozen" and the sequel, I don't really like Houria Belhadji's choices.

Hate him really as a character but the singer is amazing and got the character down perfectly you can hear he had a blast playing him. Love John Smith's part of the song and wish it would be longer. It's been ages since i seen this movie❤❤

Je viens de l’entendre dans ma playlist x) j’attendais cette vidéo et comme d’habitude elle ne m’a pas déçue ^^ finalement je ne trouve pas cette version si décevante... même si le chanteur est TRÈS caricatural et théâtral 😅 les paroles sont assez mélodieuses et effectivement il y a beaucoup de jeux de mots que j’aime beaucoup :)

Hi, I just found your channel. I'm Italian (scrivo in inglese così mi capisce più gente * ;)* ) with a C2 certificate in english and I have to say, the quality of your italian translations is amazing *(I am not even remotely qualified to talk about the other languages but I am sure they are just as accurate)*. I can barely find a line that I would translate differently and 99% of the time it just comes down to synonyms or a slightly different sentence structure that (in the end) barely even matters and likely comes down to personal preference. Keep up the great work, you earned yourself a sub. Bravissima. Ah comunque C2 è un livello più basso di "madrelingua" quindi credo te abbia un livello più alto del C2 in italiano. ;)

For pizaro, it is pretty clear than he meant "Silver" and not money. Le fait que le terme "argent" réfère à a la fois à la monnaie en général et au métal précieux rend ça confus, je sais, mais quand même.

Y a aucun moyen de savoir :/ Je veux dire, Pizarro était bien plus connu pour sa fortune que pour sa forge. Et l'argent (silver) est bien moins intéressant que la monnaie :) Justement il ne fallait tomber dans le piège lancé par les traducteurs de croire qu'il s'agit de deux matières et pas de monnaie ^^
