I'd prefer EtH to stay at least one more season under the new structure. Chopping and changing obviously does more harm than good so in order for consistency to be in the team, we've got to give the manager time. We saw what he did with 80% fit squad in the 2022/23 season. This season should be a write-off and should be seen as one of the downs in project. If we end up changing the EtH, we're gonna be back at this moment in the next 18 months regretting. Back EtH

That's why I said "under the new structure" in which his say in transfers would be reduced. By "backing him" I mean the recruitment should do their jobs properly and get him good players to fit with the long term vision of the club. If then he's unable to perform well with the team, then you let him go.

EtH has to rethink some of his tactics especially the one leaving the midfield with acres of space for the opponents no doubt, but we've been chopping and changing too much and it has become more of a problem for the club. If he hasn't built their fitness up to be able to execute his crazy high-engergy game plan then that would lead to these fatigue injuries. For a manager that came with a reputation for details and preparation, our team looks absolutely lost and unfit for every game. The worst part is he did nothing to change anything all season. Game after game he just kept doing the same thing. I lost my faith in him by October.

EtH was forced to find players because the people charged with doing so totally failed to perform their scouting and assessment duties; it's no accident that his signings were players he was familiar with.
