So many people dont even realize that a dealer is paid state minimum wage. People dont realize how hard it is to be a professional dealer and keep the game 100% accurate while maintaining the peace qnd keeping the game ran smoothly. A $25 tip is absolutely deserved from a sizeable pot like that, as long as the dealer is professional.

Sounds like being a poker dealer is the worst pick. Roulette and Craps dealers get a ton of tips.
@A-Bizzilator Жыл бұрын
@CapFlipGaming depends in which state you operate in. Both Roulette and Craps require A SHIT TON more brainpower to regulate properly, so they absolutely earn every penny. Plus they half to stand all day while dealing poker is in a chair. Those dealers are the best of the best, and their top tier professionalism is rewarded as such. But being a poker dealer is still no slouch of a position, especially when dealing high stakes or variations like PLO/ BIG O/2-7 Triple-draw

@A-Bizzilator Жыл бұрын
@jonathanmora2518 sounds like you are a supporter of socialism then, because in a capitalistic economy, the buisness/government will always do what they can to take as much while giving as little in return as possible. The casino industry is vastly different than the restaurant/fast food industry, with a ton more skill and pressure added to their jobs. You don't feel like tipping, then go cook your own meals and host your own poker/blackjack games. You are not entitled to free entertainment/gambling or 5* food service if you are a 1* tipper
