So many people dont even realize that a dealer is paid state minimum wage. People dont realize how hard it is to be a professional dealer and keep the game 100% accurate while maintaining the peace qnd keeping the game ran smoothly. A $25 tip is absolutely deserved from a sizeable pot like that, as long as the dealer is professional.

But being a poker dealer is still no slouch of a position, especially when dealing high stakes or variations like PLO/ BIG O/2-7 Triple-draw
