Yes! I love Google Sheets and Forms that generate the sheets! I use it all the time! I made a similar on with my high schooler that track their do nows, classwork, participation, exit ticket and homework. each are 10 points a day and it calculates the points each week :)

For example, for collecting student work, I'd love to mark a check when I collect an assessment (my checkboxes are to the left), but then I'd like to add the grade beside the checkbox on the right. Hi Heidi! I hope you're doing well! I'm actually the one who showed Bridget most of this LOL 😂 But the simple answer is no... you can have a checkbox or text but not both so you would have to have two columns... one for the checkbox and one for the score next to it!
