I grew these last year and this year. This year I didn't get pods ... started too late ...the plant is indoors though. A buddy who also grew them gave me one of his peppers. I didn't think it was quite ripe enough so I let it sit for several days. Still tastes a bit green. The first couple bites were crunchy and had a bit of heat ... the third bite kicked in. Only ate about half the pepper and I'd say I'm at a 3 ... maybe jumping towards a 4 here and there. The peppers I had last year seemed sweeter so I think this one just wasn't ripe enough yet. It's an awesome pepper and I'm looking forward to growing the orange version next season ... Orange StarrKist. I had to come back to this review for reference. ;oP Thanks Johnny!!!

Cool! I love watching Khangstarr videos too! I learn most of my Pepper growing knowledge from watching him, 7Potclub and Chillichump videos. I've watched him tend to the Lemon Starrburst plants! Very cool to see it here!!

That looks ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Not to mention it’s equally as beautiful as it is tasty! The odd shape & the yellow skin is amazing! Keep rocking out Johnny! I’m hoping for the next Ring Of Fire tournament that u don’t play the “nice guy” this time. Not to disrespect the “Chili QueenUK” but it appeared that the last ROF tournament u guys did with 1 radio dj in England it appeared maayyybe you could’ve dominated & won like you are more than capable of doing but perhaps the little angel says “this is her home crowd & her ppl Johnny so maybe u bow out & allow her to have jus this 1 until next time?!” Bc at 1 point where it looked like she had a ton of dopamine rush while eating more albeit at a snails pace & it looked like another normal day to u but none the less & that’s when u conceded & gave it to her!? No disrespect here Johnny “I LOVE YOUR CONTENT & LOVE THE GENUINE HUMBLENESS U HAVE!”

I lost all tolerance over the last few years but I have started to dabble again lately, had a good time with a smokey naga sauce I forgot I had recently.. Really nice but I ran out... Then out of the blue this video popped up.. Haven't been seeing many recommendations lately (understandable really). Really amazed at the beauty of this pepper and it's uniformity.. Glad you enjoyed..

is there a general distinction between yellow/red/green peppers? something the peppers have in common you can tell before tasting them? to me (I'm a total chili noob) red always meant hot, other colors meant flavour. i am very much aware that my take on this is likely far off the truth :') just like i've learned here that the widespread assumption that the "heat is in the seeds" isn't true

I just got my first order from Keaton farms, I have only gone as high as reaper mash, but feel the chocolate habanero was hotter. So hopefully nothing that will kill me. I am hoping to keep it going, my wife doesn’t understand why I keep doing it. I honestly can’t eat something unless it has something spicy now, slippery slope. I love to eat them when I watch these videos.
