Seems to be a lot going on at the moment though the newspaper certainly threw me off. If I'm correct it say's 'House under Investigation. RobCo's Future Uncertain.' I can't exactly read the other but I think it say's 'Strange lights Over ...' I can't exactly be sure though given how low quality the video we get is but there's certainly something different about this plus I'd kill for that Interplay logo when booting New Vegas.
