I am for treating all with love and awareness of how others feel, but feeding toxic thoughts in others, is not good. It can easily become virtue signaling that helps white feel good, but could be hurting the person that it is aimed at. Sometimes love is tough and hard to hear. Helping people feel love while teaching responsibility is truly caring for one another.

These supplements are about $350.00 a month. I don’t know what most people make a month but it’s way too high for me. High quality or not I just can’t afford this. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I absolutely love this video, as it is extremely informative BUT what do I do when I live in a country where there is almost no natural foods out there anymore. Apart from the fact that anything remotely healthy is more expensive than everything else! Even when you buy seed it has already been "treated" . Everything is GMO, processed. Even Supplements are basically just another way of making money but it is so synthetic that it doesn't mean anything. I find myself in a place of feeling almost defeated as I want to improve my lifestyle, yet there is this "brick wall" I have to face?

I think Gaming has destroyed my Son’s Brain 🧠 he played intense gaming for years growing up and now we are in a very bad place. My Son has been through an ungodly amount of negative stress! My Son has all those symptoms! I watched my Son play and as a “runner” in gaming has took it’s toll! I’m trying to save him! Pray for my Son! I’ve depleted all of savings and we are in a scary place in life.

My question is. .. if somebody with c-ptsd ended up with other illness that cause inflammation to the brain would it contribute to having more flashbacks and impulsive behaviors, mood swings etc? The reason I ask is because I have c-ptsd and found out that I have also had h pylori since childhood. I've also had Hep C since I was 19 I am 59 now and was cured of both a little over a year ago. I also have heart disease and cirrhosis. I didn't feel much effects from the Hep C treatment but mid way through antibiotics for the h pylori I had a major breakthrough! I don't even feel like the same person I was! I don't know what to do! It feels like I woke up from a long dream. Please help! Could inflammation treatment after a lifetime of having it cause a person to have an awakening? I've tried to explain it to people but I don't think they understand.
