Dr. Greger saved my life with his advice on plant based eating to reverse heart damage. That and his philanthropic style have made him a modern day hero i.m.o. Thank you Dr. Greger.

Greger ignores fat soluble vitamins, and the nutrient dense superiority of animal products, and he is still in the dark ages relating to cholesterol and saturated fat.

My mother was killed by her doctor's terrible decisions. Our lawyers suggested we bring a gross negligence medical malpractice case. The doctor's insurance company settled out of court after we found out during discovery that the doctor and two of his employees went into my mother's medical records after his office was notified of her death and changed a bunch of information that implicated him. The autopsy revealed that she did not even have the disease he was treating her for. Had we not settled and instead gone to trial he could have lost his license to practice medicine. The case was ongoing for about two years before we were given a trial date. The doctor's insurance company offered a settlement that our lawyers advised us to accept three days before the trial was scheduled to start. The insurance company had offered many settlements over the two years of pre-trial machinations, but our lawyers always told us that it wasn't enough and that the doctor's lawyers were hoping that we were desperate for money and would go away with a settlement number far below what we would likely win at trial. They delay and drag everything out for as long as possible to try to grind you down.

I’m sorry for what you’ve had to go thru! I know how stressful it is to care for parents who do not have good doctors but to have outright criminals must be draining, exhausting, and actually traumatic! I keep my parents home as much as possible, have them off ALL medications w/mostly plant based nutrition. They will die here, not in a hospital. Hope you can find peace with time.

@@AAB463 My neighbor's mother died during a routine surgery. After the surgery the doctor and two lawyers for the hospital came into the waiting room to inform the family of her death. A mistake during the surgery damaged an organ that had nothing to do with the surgery. As soon as the family got a lawyer, the hospital offered a settlement that the family accepted.

"They delay and drag everything out for as long as possible to try to grind you down." That's exactly how Trump has handled his legal cases his whole life. And now he has all his Insurrection people doing the same thing.

Notes: 100,000 Americans die from from prescription drugs side effects, taking medications as prescribed. 7,000 deaths occur from getting the wrong medicine by mistake; 20,000 deaths from other errors in hospitals. Hospitals are dangerous places. 99,000 of us die from hospital-acquired infections.

The first direction of good public health is frequent hand washing. Still it's hard to mention it. Wash your hands and eat a healthy, plant based diet. It'll take you a long way.

A friend of the family is an Allergist MD. I asked him if any of his patients are allergic to meat or fowl and he said no, that is almost unheard of. I asked then what are they allergic to and he said, they are allergic to wonderful wholesome plant based goodies like tree pollen, ragweed, mold form leaves, poison ivy, peanuts, citrus fruits, strawberries, high oxalate greens, soy products, wheat gluten, nightshade vegetables, natural bee stings and the list goes on.

WHAT? While I've heard that doctors aren't required to study nutrition, I had no idea that they were this ignorant. Next thing I know, you'll tell us that a substantial percentage of doctors think that it's healthy to consume Kentucky Fried Cholesterol, Froot Loops, Cheetos, Doritos, and Mountain Dew.
