I took two antibiotics to kill a parasite in my GI tract. But my doctor never told me to take a probiotic afterwards and I don’t have an appendix either to give me good bacteria. It left me with serious chronic fatigue. I’m starting to incorporate cultured food and drinks and daily prayer. I am starting to recover finally! Answer to prayers ;)

Hi Donna, I am learning SO much from your podcasts! I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that Cultured/Probiotic Foods IS the answer to my prayers to help My Hubby and Me to live in complete wellness and healing. I am encouraged to help us do this AND help others overcome their health issues as well, Since I started listening to you, I now know the solution to the ailments that we're all dealing with, knowledge IS power! I'm looking forward to me and Hubby sending you Our Awesome Testimonies and of those were about to help this time next year. My prayer is that we are able to stay consistent with despite our financial challenges because this will not be a fad or some 30 day thing for us, this WILL be a Lifestyle change! I don't want us starting and stopping - Consistency IS The Key! We are facings quite a few health challenges between us, I will be 60 in November and even though I look much younger than I am, it's time, way overdue, for me to FEEL younger than I am, and I need that sooner than later, by the time my birthday I want to celebrate My Wellness and Healing! First I just want to say, I enjoy your podcast/youtube episodes. I do my kefir/cultured veggies/kombucha/water kefir everyday. I have changed many many things in my life. No grains, no refined sugar, no beer. I have dropped 60 pounds. But I am getting to the point where I want to know more and more about more about am I really healthy in my gut. I believe I am but where is the proof. Not how I feel, not that I am losing fat, but is my gut truly healthy. How do we prove it? Have you ever used a service to get tested? These services are available, not sure if you recommend

Shawn Raymond theres a test for leaky gut with some amino acids, i forgot but you can look up leaky gut test and something like that should show

Hi Donna, I accidentally used raw milk to activate my kefir grains. Does that means my Kefir grains have gone bad now? Should I continue now with same raw milk for activation or should I switch to pasteurized milk?

saurabh S raw milk is much more beneficial so try to find some raw milk grains
