Oh man. I hate sour/tart foods. I mean my whole body is repelled by it. But, I really need to do this. Thank you for the wonderful podcast! I'm going to try. =]

Your gut bacteria determines what you crave and you can definitely change it. But even if you don't like tart foods that's ok! I have dozens of recipes for dips, desserts, smoothies and more. You don't have to eat the cultured foods plain :)
