I really had trouble activating my back muscles during freestyle swimming which kept me from making any progress. In a private session, Carl showed me a couple of exercises that made a world of difference for my swimming. If you feel like you have trouble with this as well, I can only recommend you ask him for help...definitely worth it :)

Useful information, which i think will really help my tight hips for swimming but left side right side brain, grounding and Wym Hof; I was into all that back in my party days, none of it made any difference to my chi.
