"Universal time" in space is referred to as Zulu time, based off of Greenwich Mean Time, and denoted like military time. For example, noon would be 1200z, and six in the evening would be 1800z. To account for leap seconds (yes, those are a thing, despite the efforts of a dedicated cabal to rid the world of that insanity) some years clocks have to go up to 60 seconds instead of going from 59 to 00.

I live in Spain, I've never heard of Orcas ramming boats. And I live on the coast in northern Atlantic Spain. The marine turbines is killing the whales. It interferes with their 'homing' system.
