I think there is way too much reading into this, I don’t think there’s any rivalry or hate between Shane and Joe. I think they just bust each others balls like comedian friends do and the general public reads way too much into it. Also, I don’t think Joe’s stand up is very good, but with the right guest, Joe can rift pretty well and is very quick witted. Shane is one of those guys that brings it out of him.
