Bro Bailey was in the bodega he called Sam and told her to come to the station and as soon as Sam stepped outside with Tara Bailey went to a nearby ally and changed into the costume and attacked them plus he’s a police officer which would make sense for him to be the ghostface that dodges a shotgun bullet and disarms a shotgun bc he has training in those types of stuff

I think the apartment scene was Detective Baily. Obviously, Quinn is out of the picture, and Ethan needed an alibi since he was a suspect. Also, Detective Baily needed to get there first to swap out bodies, and knowing them I don't think he would take the chance. He ran out of the apartment, ditched the costume, and ran back to tha apartment to "discover" what everybody thinks is Quinn. Here's a question that bugs me:What did Quinn plan to do after Sam and Tara were dead? The world thinks that she was butchered, so would she hide forever or change her name and move states? It doesn't make much sense, which is annoying because Baily always plans ahead.

Bailey would have died of overloaded work from crime scene to Bodega to the police station he would have been exhausted so it is either Quinn or Ethan that attacked sam and Tara in tbe bodega. I say it's Quinn because Ethan is already a prime suspect and wouldn't get himself to be suspicious even further until he attacks the apartment so in conclusion imma say that Quinn attacked them
