just in case you didn't know, you can put down flares during the bosses so that the darkness phases are less scary. Having a ton of recovery is nice during the bosses, but when you get deeper, the darkness will likely get you killed by leaving you on lower hp.

Haven't done delve in ages. It used to be my go to for currency, but once Harvest came along and then Expedition and all the other ways to craft, fossils mostly went out of style. Gonna do some tonight. I do miss running through and bulldozing monsters. Another great vid

Damn man I'm glad you're back to delving a little bit. You know what I think about it : Delve is great! Azurite generates ok income, and once you found a bunch of bosses, you usualy end up making bank. Note that the deeper you go, the more chances you have to find Aul and rare fossils, which is something to keep in mind : You have to manage the balance between how fast and how deep you can delve. Somewhere in the middle is where you'll make the most profit :)

Delve is my fav content. Currently playing rf and its sort of very easy to farm delve reaching depth. I always look for boss nodes and nodes rewarding fractured fossils and so on.

Delve always been my currency maker, those blue thingy can be traded as resonators, i always trade them with the 1 socket and got bunch of them, each of them can be sold for 1.5c each which really consistent, in 30k sulphite normally i got around 1div minimum with just the cheap fossil (no premium fossils) and resonators

Delve was alway my favorite mehanic since it came out, never got too far though, game kept smashing my hopes. THIS leage however, for some unreasonable reason, i droped a headhuner on a tier 7 map... first time ever... needless to say, im having fun this season.

ive been delving this whole league staying in around depth 250-350. I have made more than 130 divs as i now have 3/5 Apothecaries, i have gotten 1 machinarium and 3 Auls uprisings. Boss drops are nice, but the profit comes from special fossils and resonators!

May I asked how many hours have you played this league and what’s your strategies on how to make delve efficiently, I’ve made around 30d but I can’t find a good to make a lot of currency, would like to know your strategy.

@@ParkerLouis103 p much the strat in the video is good imo. Focus bosses, cities, weapon stashs (minon, curses, etc) and imo fossil nodes also. Break away sometimes and break walls for more fossil nodes. some fossils are 80c each so the more you find the better odds. i usually target magma areas for the fossils if i can. Then of resonators add up quick, esp the big ones.

@@ParkerLouis103 i got all the info from another creator called Jorgen, look up his delve currency guide. in short get to the depth you want (250 or more) go to the right or left and target special fossils (Molten Cavity and Humid fissure are the expensive ones), cities and azurite. use azurite to buy 1 slot resonators and sell in bulk. break walls and sell fossils, especially in the frost biome to get shuddering fossils. Cities will give you maps and sextants, favorite the maps you want and get a ton. For mapping just use sulphite resonators untill you are full and back to delve. I dont know my play time but lets say around 5 hrs a day.

I always tend to enjoy delve and in SSF it seem to be my main source of sextants currently. Have had some strange luck so far this league with the bosses though, out of 8 bosses around 200 depth 3 have been Aul, two of which dropped Aul's Uprising, one being Purity of Ice that would have been worth a few chaos in trade and the other the Envy version worth 18+ divines, guess I'll have to figure out a way to use it later. lol

I went back to delve this league and it has been unreal. Nice vid. Only thing you forgot was buying single resonators with auzurite from Niko. That makes roughly a div every 3 rounds of sulphite depending on how much auzurite collected. Adds to the consistent profit. I have made most money with those aspects and fractured/faceted fossils. The cool thing about delve is everything sells so easy and quickly and you can just focus currency completely on build rather than investing into maps.

I've still been buying upgrades with Azurite, capacity, darkness res, etc. But I'm sure that would be a factor after I'm deep enough that I don't need to purchase upgrades.

I find that selling resonators is more consistent than fossils, especially before you get too deep. Sell in batches of 100 and they go quickly. Take an RF char down to level 250 and go sideways and you wont even need flares.

Azurite is the one of the best income streams, buy primitive resonators sell in bulk almost instantly. thats the consistant income most ppl ref to from delve its better than relying on fossil drops.

@@brandonkruse6412 yes when you get to a good farming depth for your build you can switch the azurite over to resonators also after getting your darkness resistance and light radius up.

Better to sell the rings than make them into precursors. Similar to identifying Aul's vs selling unid.

once you get to depth like 700, the azurite drops become really interesting. at the end of sanctum league prim resonators did cost 2-3c each, making it actually very profitable. i have seen deep delver (deeper than 2k) that get like 3,6k azurite from a lvl3 note... i heared that drops dont scale beyond depth 2k, but i have not tried it yet.

@@LessFluff depends on how fast you can run nodes. azurite is not the only income. additionally cities can have chests which give like 12-17k azurita (my personal experience)

Got a +1 spectre frac armour after a couple of days since the start of the league, sold it for 12div. It was a great feeling. But then I dropped an eternal struggle with 12% aura effect and 10% reserve, best on the market tried with 8div for an hour have up and slapped 50 div for it when I realized what I had. Then a guy offered me 42div and I took it. Just sold a bow for 100+ div. And I am ready to delve. Just need to sell another item for 140div and then I want to to depth 1500.

If you die on the crystal king you can just go back, you just have to do the node run again from the node before, i had one with bs mods on him and tried him at least 4/5 times, as long as you got the sulphite you can go back (at least at 390ish depth anyway) he's still up on mine aswell, but it will obviously start the fight at the beginning again. And the abyss boss aint really worth it unless you specifically want his rings for the pre cursor mods. I went down to 400ish then came back up to 250-280 depth, just for speed sake, funded a full poison srs build from delving mostly the resonators are really consistent money, cities can pay well, aul is a big ticket lotto like any boss, if you land a good amulet (envy especially) you get a pay day (but he has plenty of trash amulets aswell), but I'd say go in expecting resonator money mostly everything on top of that is a bonus, relying on fractured items etc wont pay coz 99% of the time them nodes just give you trash but always worth a go if they are along the way just dont waste sulphite deviating miles for that stuff, primary goal should be rippin azurite nodes and city hunting since thats generally the most consistent, pick a comfortable depth (aim for 200ish at least) and just go horizontal.

same experience (I always delve every league) and spent a few days of burning 48k sulphite and made atleast 15 Divines (9 in raw drops rest from items) in 3 days + all the other items such as 3 fractured fossils, a few dozen other fossils, hundreds of resonators, 4 divine beauty div cards (sold for 100c each), 1 level 21 purity of fire (sold for 95c), 102 awake sextants from vaal city's (sold half, kept the other half for mapping) , Primeval Ruins has been lacking in loot in comparison to Vaal city's for me, also a few other things I have not sold (such as a handful of essences etc), if I sold every drop it would prob total 20 - 22 divines in total atleast, sure it's not mapping $$$ but it's nice to mix it up every now and then.

My league start strategy was delving. Made a ton of currency but didn't see a single Aul. Hit 800 depth and went sideways about 300 nodes. Very consistent but never got a big drop so I moved away from it.

how you doing bosses down that far? I'm currently trying manabond for it which should be a great build for delve but I can't beat any bosses at depth 500 cause I get 1-2 shot all the time. I really don't see the build getting much tankier just some more damage.

I'm that guy who got lucky with his aul amulets, i got envy, purity of elements and I think last was hatred or something. Sold envy for 30 div, purity for 9 and the last for 15.

Delve is decent. With a bunch of gilded scarabs and atlas tree nodes you don't need many maps to fill up your sulphite to max and the rewards there are cool. Fractured and Faceted fossil - top value Aul's amulet - a rare drop from even rarer encounter, don't really count on that Vaal boss with the doryani map - this league worth about 1,4 divine, used to be 4-5 divs (ex) in some leagues Azurite to small resos - most consistent income Fractured delve bases - yet to see one but i don't delve very deep so unsure For me this mechanic is just fun. I'd do it even if it wasn't super-rewarding.

With crucible being kind of bad league mechanic. I started delving this season for the first time. I'm definitely going back next season. Its fun and very profitable.

For me delve is fun, but don't like to maw all these monsters, just simple chest check and cya 😅. So far most profitable for me is blight, u don't need to have EQ to have fun. Metamorphs are next for me (sadly rogue exiles does not count to the samples 😢).

Delve was mostly just for fun once in a while and level up without any issues. constant flow of monsters and sometimes nice drops. Never hit a boss up though. maybe i will try that soon to feel it out if its something that i can do long enough to take my builds i play further in a nice pace. got to the end of my drive in this league i think - i have only so many hours of grind in me and if that brings me no where (to fill it up again) i stop and play other games. You need to do this game like a job at some point....thats the line for me ;).

If you weren't hitting every T2/T3 azurite node you could find and spending it all on single socket resonators... you were missing the most consistent income in delve.

I always play a lot of delve when the league mechanic doesnt hold up to my expectations. Its a good way to generate currency, but this league Divine Drops feel very scuffed down there. Have so far 1 pure Div drop down there, and same with normal Alc and Go Strategies in Mapping as well. So right now, 1 raw Div per 900k killed Monsters. Only sad thing in Delve is, that some notes do feel outdated. Harbinger and Breach Notes are rock bottom rewarding. Overall, it still feels like safe and steady income.

Hard disagree on the harbinger nodes. I've done a lot this league and you get facturing shards pretty often which cost a ton.

spend 3 dayz straight from 0 to 500. got literaly nothing. i get more divines form just solo incubators then from this. U need 20 boses to make like 8divs? wtf is this mechanic worth with best gear ever? I went in it coz it sais it has infinite scaling. I gues its worthles idk. The deeper you got, the more fossil nodes and boss nodes you usually go. But in the end it is just great to test your build and tweak it to go as deep as you can :D
