[PoE 3.23] Blade Blast of Unloading Charge Stacking Slayer

[DISCLAIMER: With the loss of TWWT and AoE per charge charms in 3.24, this build will now have pathetic AoE and I do not recommend playing it with BB of unloading. If you want, the Winter Orb variant will still somewhat work. Also the loss of 30% native MS on Ralakesh boots after nerf will feel a bit bad.]

FULL DISCLOSURE: Build costs like 400+ Divines. Can be run in a budget variant from 10 Div onwards but will feel significantly worse.
This isn't a very "original" build, it's just mashing together concepts from stuff that works really well this league, and I just wanted to make use of the newly reworked Ralakesh boots before they're inevitably nerfed.
Build has a lot of room for improvement but I'm mostly done with the league so I'm gonna leave it as is.
Please refer to the "Notes" section of the attached PoB for most information about the build, since I don't want to sit and boringly talk over all the working bits of the build for 20 mins.

How much do you think survival rate will drop with Winter Orb?

Survival rate will be the same, since most of your tankiness and regen is coming from charge stacking effects. You will need to run a different ring (+1 max power Circle of Fear or Precursors Emblem) for Winter Orb however, or budget option is synthesized implicit cold dmg per frenzy charge rings. I have left info on this issue in the Notes section of the PoB.

Another question, why choose the socket slot in lower part on the passive tree, with "Attack melee weapon" and "Melee physical damage" nodes rather than the one in the upper part with "Increase elemental damage" that could help "Righteous fire" ? Sorry if i say a big bullshit lol

Correct, it would help Righteous Fire and is objectively better to allocate For this build our damage all comes from Physical Spell Impale so the damage bonus is very negligible (we do not rely on RF to do damage, just the 41% more spell damage). My initial plan was to allocate both jewel slots you mentioned by trading 2 x 6% life nodes and the corrupted blood immunity mastery for it, but I kinda got lazy to shop for a Corruted Blood Immunity Rare Jewel with good mods so I just left it If you play an ele version of the build like WOrb or Penance Brand then yes, the ele cluster will help even more.

How do you have your radius for vortex and BB so large I tried to duplicate but it’s not the same.

Charms and TWWT with "6% increased aoe per endurance charge" mod, since we have 12 end charges we get 72% increased aoe per charm. 4% aoe per power also works but is worse and significantly more expensive due to most charge stacker builds being occultist

Hi, i don't understand one thing, the leech from the slayer cans apply to a spell?

Normally Slayer's leech from the small ascendancy passive is only for attacks, if we want spell leech we need Ele dmg leeched as life from things like Doryanis Lesson Cluster passive (for ele spells), but for Phys damage it is much harder because there is no generic Phys dmg leeched as life mod on gear except on Doryani's Invitation Belt which is a very bad item. I fixed this with my Watcher's Eye, 1.15% damage leeched as life while affected by Vitality, it is generic leech so it allows our physical spells to leech and proc Brutal Fervour 10% damage reduction. Brutal Fervour leech mods are also generic so we fully benefit from it.

Wanted to comment this video and build is glorious. 40/40 challenges and just have my champion spec'd for penance brand but this build looks so sick. Curious what you would have to change to do this on champ or if it is even worth it at all. edit: maybe not brutal fervour is pretty important (i feel) along with masterful form

Masterful form is mandatory to bypass downside of Replica Ward and charge stack efficiently with Badge of the Brotherhood. FF jewels for it are pretty expensive though so I would recommend just sticking to Slayer (plus you lose out on other FF options like Outmatch and Outlast which is dirt cheap but really good for the build).

@@Zanagoth i actually bought both sets of outmatch and master of metal FF, the same mods on watchers eye you got, balance of terror, and most of the uniques (had +1 socketed chest already) edit: the master of metal ff jewels only cost me like 6div as dumb as it sounds i kinda want to level another duelist to keep my 100 pbrand man

Yeah understandable honestly, Penance Brand Champ fills a different niche than this character so makes sense to have both on hand PBrand for tanky bossing and Charge Stacking for tanky Sim/high wisp map farming

@@Zanagoth I can't seem to find a good TWWT jewel (or at least that i like for under 200) there is one for 200div with spell supression, 2 max fire res, crit multi per power and aoe per endur should i buy it? i got like 800div lmao

@@aNiPlOx Your call honestly, a lot of the really good TWWT are being hoarded by TFT so the supply is really limited, so you have to decide for yourself and compare with other similar TWWT whether its the best you'll ever get for that price range Suppress is quite hard to cap on a build stretched out like this so unless you have a way to cap it you could look into other potentially cheaper mods

do you need a mageblood? and would you say slayer is better than trickster for this build?

Mageblood isn't "mandatory" per se, I'm mostly using it to fix resistances and counter the downsides of Melding of the Flesh, but the build uses a lot of uniques so it's a pain to fix everything without it. (I have left alternatives in the "Notes" section of my PoB) Slayer (or at least Duelist) is mandatory for this specific setup because I want to use Badge + Masterful Form tech to bypass the downsides of Replica Restless Ward. Any class can charge stack this league, but Slayer just allows us to stack all 3 with the least amount of travel and investment.
