i tried this with my jug and you need to over cap chaos resist if you want to click on those exarch altars or you are gonna get 1 shot often,

I think we all get unlucky in PoE, but that's part of the game. I too was running harbinger and gave it a "deadline" I decided to run 30 maps (Juiced as much as i can handle, Vaaled,full scarabs) After 30 maps of not even dropping a single fracturing shard I decided to simply spec out of it. Mind you i ran over 100 maps prior to that. But I just had to give it ONE more GOOD chance before i made the personal choice of ditching it. Seems like every league there is a few mechanics that out perform by insane margins. Look at abyss last league.

Lmao cant believe that strat includes lag haha. For my part I hate when i find lag, i swear to God it messes with the life regen calculations. If i sit in an empty map with RF on and just load up the skill tree and scroll it fast I can watch my life total go down 😂

I’m in a private league with one of my friends and I feel the same. We don’t play trade because of the FOMO And we don’t have to feel bad for running on optimized Atlas strategies. Just do the content you like, and enjoy the game.

Hey pohx i'm following your jugg RF guide, and there you say to use molten shell on left click, but that dont work anymore. Should i drop molten shell to run tempest shield and ele weakness, or should i keep moilten shell in some way, maybe with CWDT (but i'm strugling ot find sockets to it)

They removed left click on instants but added the gem automate that will auto use the skill, if u have the room you can link those to auto use it

What atlas strat would u recommend for us "slightly" weaker ppl with like maybe only 50-60 phys taken as and 11k armour? i really need currency but idk what atlas strat that could be fun cus i keep dying a few times in like 3 out of 6 maps i do. also only lvl 95 so maybe i should focus on a lvling strat, saw a beyond that gives loads of xp per hour, and after hitting like 98 or so continue other stuff? im lost haha, sry for wierd message, took the wrong pills earlier and im also super tired

hey pohx, i play your build for a couple of days now in ssf and its pretty good sofar, now today i dropped a utula chest with 997 life and 3% on kill, was woundering if it is better or equivilant to cloak of flames, or if it is worse than cloak, as i am just a newbie i ask you to help me out here :/ yes i know how to colour a pure armour chest and i have the resources for it, just need your inside knowledge because i cant find it on your wiki (or i am to stupid to use it propperly) nor anywhere else, if anyone else can answer this question, i also would appreciate it alot.

Look at his gear, he's using Coil+dawn. On top of being a chieftan. If you don't understand the interaction there's a lot going on to mitigate a phys hit w/o wasting res% on determ. Also uses Defiance, so all those small hits are just healing him. If you understand PoE to a decent degree just peep his PoB.

not OP, but imo if you're going HC you need a strong understanding of the game. More specifically Mechanics. No amount of gear/life will save you from face-tanking hits that you should avoid, or opening a map that basically says "1 in 3 hits from a juiced mob will kill you". With that being said, RF is a VERY safe HC build.

I highly doubt it would be profitable without the allflame and scarabs. And if you can't afford/risk running the scarabs it's not the strategy for you anyways, you can sink a lot of currency into this strategy before you hit anything

From personal experience having ran quite a few without scarabs and only using the map device for exiles using the atlas from zizarans vid i can say it has *some* potential but it is significantly less. Still very fun to do as my third tree and you end up with a fair few scarabs that often end up being worth a bit! Just dont expect nearly as much juice but its worth a try as every map without scarabs often gets you closer to a map with them!

it can be done but the point of the strat is for you to get out those juicy uniques. if you don't use those scarabs and all... why would you try the strat anyway? The chance of a t1/t0 will be astronomically diminished if you're hoping to cash out on those.

Is there a good list of maps that are good to run RF Chieftain like Toxic Sewers? I've been running a lot of open maps so hearing running tight quarters is better with explosions made me curious if someone compiled a list of those kinda maps.

Same here, but it seems what i'm mostly missing is the last 2 ascendancy points for the elemental resistances, i'm sure this carries a lot. Do you have it already ? My damage is all good but i'm just getting oneshot from nowhere across the map

@@evoknzYeah having 90 all res and chaos capped is INSANELY important and will increase your survivability immensely. would recommend to get the last labyrinth done as soon as possible so you can cap resistances and start stacking phys convert to #
