Thanks James! Today was a rough one in paradise. Our first 24-hour lockdown is impending and the Gov't had to push back the deadline by 3 hours due to the panic buying and general chaos. I was privileged enough to be able to stay at home but everyone's feeling the stress of this invisible killer. We're up to 51 confirmed cases but thankfully no deaths yet. I'm trying to relax and do my uchi komis but it's distressing man. We must have a Banks Beer or a Deputy with some fish fry when you return someday.

So all those falling technicques of slamming the hands and arms on the mat do not work after all. It’sall waste of time practicing it.I have yet to see a judoka doing that when thrown. That’s the reason I got bored with judo and chose freestyle wrestling instead. No ritualistic useless exercises.
